Business Engagement in Fragile States – Venezuela

From March to April 2018, Impact Hub Caracas conducted together with GIZ research on Business Engagement in Venezuela. The research included interviews with 11 entrepreneurs, business owners and funders, interviews with 6 experts from fields as Economy, Political Science, Corporate Accelerator. The main areas of research focused on:

  • Factors that are defining  Venezuela’s entrepreneurial context
  • Personality traits/mindsets that make entrepreneurs successful
  • Sources of inspiration from successful entrepreneurs in Venezuela

  • How can small & medium entrepreneurs make use of business opportunities in contexts of economic fragility
